PHCity does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your GCash, Maya or bank provider may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their payment provider.

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances in Philippine pesos at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible.

Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets held in the registered player's own name. PHCity does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, PHCity reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account, including original deposits and winnings, pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, funds will be returned to the verified payment method on record.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact PHCity support at any time. Voluntary account closure requests are processed promptly. Any available real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all applicable checks have been completed.
PHCity provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While PHCity makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and functional at all times, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors, delays or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHCity's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
