PHCity does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. Age verification is a mandatory step in the PHCity registration and KYC process. If PHCity determines that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed and all data associated with that account will be deleted from PHCity's active systems, subject to any retention obligations required by applicable law.
If you believe a person under 21 years of age has registered on PHCity or has accessed the platform using your account details, please contact PHCity support immediately.
